KV JINDRAH was established in 1986 and it is managed by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, New Delhi.. It is located in Rural area. It is located in FAD CAMPUS, KANYALA, DANSAL block of JAMMU district of Jammu and Kashmir.

KVS is a vibrant and premier educational institution in the field of quality school education. The KVS Jammu region was established in 1984 and currently has jurisdiction over 38 KVs located in Jammu and Kashmir, with a dedicated, well-equipped and committed team of effective management and teachers for the intellectual, moral and spiritual development of the students. Under its working in the same direction, a galaxy of multidisciplinary curricular activities is organized on a regular basis to bring out the best in students. ‘All round personality development’ is an important focus area to enable our students to march with the ever changing world of technology and globalization. We believe in inclusive education with principle "to inspire the weak, to address the average and challenge the gifts". We are proud to help our students develop and develop the next generation sensitive and responsive citizens. Welcome to the Website of KV Jindrah. KV Jindrah was established in the year of 1986, to cater to the educational needs of wards belonging to defence personnel of 15 FAD, other central and state government employees and civilians with dedication and accountability. I joined this Vidyalaya on 7 october 2023 with dream to achieve excellence in all aspects of teaching and learning associated with mankind under the erudite and progressive guidance of KVS authorities and inviting the indomitable leadership, Cooperation and direction of the benevolent worthy chairman VMC. I intend to groom students in the way to cater the rapidly changing scenario of the society. Education, in View of Gandhi ji; “begins with the birth of a man and ends with the death of man” infect it is a life long process which aims at the transformation of an individual in natural tracts, It is therefore imperative that education should be given the foremost attention and we, all should confess to burn mid night oil to come up to expectation of modern day India to compete the best in the world.
